Salcombe crab and lobster

Chris catches all our crab and lobster in pots, fishing from the port of Salcombe in its crystal clear waters. We select the largest male crabs at this time of year for their high white meat content. Prime lobsters are fabulous with each serving two people as a light meal or one as a real treat!
